This vet was amazing and so patient to our Willow boy. We didn’t wait very long, they let you go back with your pet, they’re upfront about pricing and give options and genuinely care. Willow gets nervous and everyone that handled him did amazing with respecting him and letting him adjust before handling him! Willow is very thankful for a good team of veterinary staff from check in, rooming and the Doc herself! Willow also appreciated the room with the cool windows! Thank you all!

I recently had to visit Gilbert Queen Creek Emergency Vet with my dog Sky after she was attacked by another dog, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service and care we received. It immediately put me at ease and gave me peace of mind that my dog was receiving care in a pristine environment. We had great experience with this vet office. Our min pin was experiencing seizures and they took him back immediately. They were extremely informative, compassionate and understanding on how scary the situation was. Especially since our boy has never experienced seizures before. They kept him over night, called me to update me and even sent a picture of him the following morning to let us know he was okay!I would 100% recommend this emergency vet to anyone needing care for their dogs!

I had to take my 5 month old puppy for emergency surgery last night (1.2.24) on his stomach. He ate a sock. I’ve never experienced emergency surgery for any of my animals so I was emotional. The staff were all kind and helpful. They got me in right away and started his care immediately. Completely transparent about the cost, procedure, after care…. Dr Johnson was knowledgeable with the procedure for my boy. She entertained my long winded questions and was so informative! She put me at ease & calmed me. Updates have been provided over the last 12 hours with phone calls letting me know I can call & visit. His procedure went well & I look forward to taking him home soon. (Photo is pre surgery 🙂) I would recommend this facility to all. It’s very clean, organized and wonderfully staffed.
